ColorfulFolio operates colorfulfolio.com using Shopify. Our store offers printed, made-to-order coloring books for delivery only to the United States and Canada. Purchases must be made by an adult able to enter into a binding contract, or with a parent or guardian's involvement.

Products and orders

Read product details and the total, currency, shipping charges and taxes shown at checkout before ordering. Printing and screen display can cause minor variations; this does not excuse material defects or misdescription. Order acceptance and fulfillment depend on successful payment and availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund amounts paid as required by law. We will not make a material substitution or increase an accepted price without your agreement.

Books are printed on demand through Printify and its print providers. Processing and shipping estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Our shipping and refund policies form part of these terms, subject always to mandatory law.

Children's use

The intended product is a printed paper coloring book, not a toy with small-part accessories. Recommended for ages 4 and up with adult guidance; age suitability should be considered by the parent or guardian. Crayons and colored pencils are not included unless expressly stated on the product page. Follow the coloring-material manufacturer's age and safety instructions. No safety certification or testing approval is represented by this notice.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Store content and original artwork belong to ColorfulFolio or their respective rights holders. Buying a book permits personal use, not copying, scanning, distributing or commercially reproducing its artwork without permission, except where law allows. Do not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, infringe others' rights, commit fraud or interfere with security.

Responsibility and law

We take reasonable care in operating the store but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability. To the extent law permits, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from website interruptions or misuse. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer warranties, personal-injury obligations or liability for fraud. Mandatory US federal/state and Canadian federal/provincial consumer protections, including Quebec legal warranties and non-waivable rights, take priority. No provision forces you to waive those protections or a court or remedy available under mandatory law.

Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights under an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, other lawful provisions remain effective. For questions, contact fai.fiber@gmail.com.
