Shipping policy

We ship only to addresses in the United States and Canada. We do not accept orders for delivery to other countries.

Made to order

Each coloring book is printed on demand through Printify and its print providers. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Any production or delivery window shown on the product page, at checkout or in an order update is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Holiday demand, weather, customs and carrier disruptions may cause delays. For Advent use beginning December 1, order early; arrival before a particular date is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

Rates and fulfillment

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. The fulfillment location and available methods depend on the selected print provider. A shipment from the United States to Canada is cross-border and may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes or carrier fees not included at checkout unless expressly stated. We do not promise duty-free delivery. Any legally required disclosures and checkout amounts take priority.

Free shipping

Orders of 2 or more coloring books qualify for free shipping to addresses in the United States and Canada. At the current book price of USD 25.99, two books total USD 51.98, which meets our intended $50 free-shipping threshold. A single book is charged the shipping method and rate shown at checkout before you pay.

Addresses and delivery issues

Please provide a complete, accurate address and check it before paying. Contact fai.fiber@gmail.com immediately to request a correction; changes may not be possible once production begins. If tracking is supplied, it will be provided with the shipping confirmation. Contact us if an order is delayed, missing or damaged so we can investigate. Our refund policy and your non-waivable consumer rights apply; this policy does not shift responsibility for our mistakes to you.
