Refund policy

ColorfulFolio coloring books are printed on demand and made to order. All sales are final for change of mind, buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong item, or not liking the design. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Problems with your order

If your book arrives damaged in transit, defective, misprinted, or significantly not as described, contact fai.fiber@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem and, where reasonably possible, clear photos of the item and packaging. Please contact us promptly so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner. We will provide an appropriate replacement or refund, including any shipping amounts required by law. We will not charge you to correct our error. Please do not send an item back without instructions; a return may not be needed.

Because production may begin soon after an order is placed, cancellations or address changes are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately if you need help. This does not limit any cancellation rights provided by law.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies in the United States or Canada. Applicable Canadian legal warranties, including Quebec protections concerning quality, fitness, durability and conformity, cannot be waived. Any mandatory rights for non-delivery, defects, misrepresentation or cancellation take priority over this policy. There is no shortened deadline that removes your statutory rights.
